I texted Arsenio with a general question about fixing an Sponsored Award Key Setup. He explained the process clearly and in detail, making it's easy for me to understand. He also provided me an update on the setup ticket status, even though the ticket was not submitted by me. Since this setup issue will affect certain accounting procedures, now we are able to assess the potential impact.
Arsenio is an expert in CFS! His deep knowledge has helped navigate and resolve issues in a timely manner. He is patient, dedicated and willingness to work with end user is greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work!
