Campus Solutions (CS) 9.2 Downtime – March 21, 2025, 8 p.m. – midnight

Overview

The Chancellor's Office has scheduled a maintenance window for the Campus Solutions (CS) 9.2 PeopleSoft platform. The system will be unavailable on Friday, March 21, from 8:00 p.m. to midnight while a maintenance pack is applied.

 

Benefit: This update includes two new PeopleSoft views that remove Federal Tax Information (FTI) information.

 

What to Expect

Campus Solutions (CS) will be unavailable during the maintenance window. Affected applications include:

 

- Accept Admission Offer

- CPaGE Quick Admit

- Gator Scheduler

Oracle Database Maintenance - Friday, March 21 to Saturday, March 22, 2025

Overview

Information Technology Services (ITS) will apply a critical Oracle patch to the PROD and OBPRD database from Friday, March 21, at 5 p.m. through Saturday, March 22, at 5 p.m. These essential security updates help ensure our data remains protected. During this maintenance window, there will be a brief interruption to all services that connect to the Oracle databases. 

 

Benefit: Upgrading the Oracle PROD and OBPRD will enhance security and ensure continued protection of our systems.

During this maintenance window, there will be a brief interruption to all services connected to the Oracle databases. 

 

Benefit: Upgrading the Oracle FPPRD and FWPRD databases will enhance security and provide continued protection for our systems.
