After repeated site visits and walkthroughs with Comcast, we were finally able to schedule their construction and repair team. Oracle Database Maintenance (Friday, June 23, 2023, 5:00 p.m. – 8 p.m.)

Overview

On Friday, June 23, 2023, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m., Information Technology Services (ITS) will update the OS/Oracle configuration maintenance for the IRDMPRD database. These updates ensure our data remains protected. There will be an interruption to all services that connect to the Oracle databases while updating the maintenance.

Benefit: 

 Implementing these updates will ensure our database operates in a secure environment. 

What Can You Expect

The following applications and services will not be available during updating:

  • Metro College Data Feed to SalesForce Cloud
  • Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) Data Feed to InfoED Cloud
  • Division of Student Life (DSL) GatorX DataMart
  • University Advancement CRM DataMart (BlackBaud Cloud)
  • Budget AO - Executive Dashboard (Tableau Cloud)
