 - Storing new voicemails

 - Changing voicemail passwords

 - Unlocking voicemail boxes

Support

If you experience issues or need assistance, please contact the ITS Service Desk at service@sfsu.edu or 415-338-1420.

David L. and Arsenio H.

Congratulations to David and Arsenio for completing a complex CRM integration for University Advancement. This integration was far and beyond one of the most complex ITS has had to deal with and David and Arsenio spent almost an entire year on this successful project.

Ivan and Roamon

Congratulations to Ivan and Ramon for developing the first PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Outbound EDI process. This is a great accomplishment, that is now under review by the Chancellor's Office for possible baseline adoption throughout all 23 campuses.

Elizabeth S

Elizabeth was thrown in the fire, providing production support and providing important analysis and development support for project, but I want to recognize that she did while cross-training her replacement at CPaGE. Thank you Elizabeth!

Ivan W.

Ivan has been doing an excellent job supporting the ERP/BI team. Ivan has been instrumental in supporting me with communications. He assisted me in messaging all staff when we encountered issues with BBC. Thank you, Ivan, for all the help and guidance you have provided me with regarding ITS comms. You rock!

Andrea G

I want to acknowledge Andrea Gerlach for her help with the SF State Login Change project in the last quarter. Andrea prepared and submitted several pre-cutover and post-cutover communications on schedule for this campus-wide project including emails to all faculty, all staff, and all students, IT Announce and key stakeholders and promoted the project on CampusMemo and Twitter. She was also one of the pilot testers and actively participated in core project team meetings including lessons learned where she shared valuable feedback that could help with future projects.

Spoo B

Although Spoo has only been here for three months, she has already proven to be a very hard working, professional and thorough Technical Project Manager. She hosted Project Intake and Project Dashboard meetings, prepared ITS Bi-Weekly and Quarterly Reports and participated on the TPM search committee. She initiated and planned two campus-wide projects - Campus Migration to Cloud Storage Project and SSO Integrations Migration to Azure Project and served as a backup PM when needed. Spoo is a great team player, collaborating effectively with ITS staff, as well as colleagues in and out of ITS.
