This team is tiny, but mighty. Alex, Wilbur, and Sal are extremely effective, dedicated and and make for a seriously resilient team. They are able to handle issues with grace, acting as strong university advocates to external vendors, all the while keeping up with day-to-day responsibilities and project work. Kat goes well above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to customer service! She provides prompt, outstanding assistance with a very pleasant and positive demeanor.
