For technical issues relating to the Resnet wireless, to clear/reset your voucher code, or to add a wireless device that can not use a voucher code, please fill out the Technology Service Request Form or call (415) 338-1420.

Voucher Code Information
Voucher codes are for WiFi access in UPS and in the areas of UPN covered by the Resnet wireless network.
Your voucher code is automatically emailed out to your SFSU email address when you are checked in to Housing. If you did not receive your voucher code please submit a Technology Service Request Form and we will email you your code.
- Each resident receives their own voucher code. Please do not share your code
- Each voucher code will allow you to add up to 8 devices. If you hit the 8 device limit, you may request a voucher code reset. A reset will clear all existing devices from your voucher, allowing you to re-add up to 8.
- You may use your voucher codes for any guests you have visiting, those uses do count against your 8 device limit.
Game Systems, Apple TVs, Smart TVs, & Other Wireless Devices
Not all wireless devices can use the voucher code system and must be manually authorized by UPM Tech Staff. If you have a devices that does not having a built in web browser, you will need to provide us with its MAC address and type of devices you're adding. For most games systems and Smart TVs, the following steps should work:
- Connect your device to the Resnet wifi using the connection password (not your voucher code) and leave the device on if possible.
- Fill out a Technology Service Request Form with the type of device your are adding and the device MAC address.
