The departmental file shares, s.sfsu.edu, provide storage space on campus owned servers that is easily accessible from any computer running current Windows or Mac operating systems. This storage option should be used for documents that should not be lost if an employee separates from the university and when granular file access control is needed. Each unit on campus has allocated space on s.sfsu.edu.
