Vendor Troubleshooting of Network Switch in Hensill Hall (Thursday, October 13, 2022, 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.)

Overview:

On October 13, 2022, ITS together with our vendor will be troubleshooting a network switch that provides connectivity to the 7^th and 9^th floors of Hensill Hall.

What can you expect: 

All network connections (wired, wireless, and VoIP phones) will briefly be down on the 7^th and 8^th floors of Hensill Hall during the troubleshooting window.
