Overview
The Chancellor’s Office (CO) IT team has informed SFSU Information Technology Services (ITS) that systemwide authentication services (SSO) are currently unavailable. As a result, multiple applications that rely on SSO are impacted, including the Financial Data Warehouse, Common Financial System (CFS), Human Resources (HR), Campus Solutions (CS), CSU Learn, PageUP, and CSYOU. Teams responsible for the service are actively working to resolve the issue.
What to Expect
Users may be unable to access applications that rely on SSO until the issue is resolved. The outage began at approximately 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 25, 2025, and remains ongoing. ITS teams are actively investigating and working with service providers to restore functionality as quickly as possible. Additional updates, including service restoration timelines, will be shared as they become available.
