SSL Certificate Update Maintenance for SF State Web application services (Thursday, January 20, 2022, from 10:00 p.m.-midnight)

Overview

SF State Web Application services will undergo a scheduled maintenance on Thursday, January 20, 2022, from 10:00 p.m. - midnight. The purpose of this maintenance is to update the SSL certificate that secures the browsing communication. This will allow for secure web browsing when accessing SF State web applications.

What can you expect

During this maintenance, users may not be able to access the following services:

  • Class Schedule
  • Email Account Services
  • Exchange Distribution Group'
  • Footprints Agent
  • Grade Exceptions
  • Parking Permit Applications
  • Password Change / Reset
  • Pre-Requisite Roster
  • Security Groups Management
  • Senate Voting
  • SF State ID lookup
  • University Calendar
  • Zeus Test
