Overview
The login issues affecting the Avaya Workplace soft phone (desktop and mobile applications) have been resolved. Users should now be able to access and use the application as expected. ITS has worked closely with the vendor to restore full functionality.
What to Expect
All services have been restored, and the Avaya Workplace application is now operating normally.
