PMO Resources

These templates provide a simple business case document used for reviewing and selecting projects, a charter template for initiating and planning selected projects, and a combined agenda and meeting minutes template.

The Project Management Plan is a formal document that describes how a project is executed, monitored, and controlled. The ITS PMO uses these document templates to plan our approach to each project, obtain agreement on how the project will be managed, and define how the project can be changed if necessary.

For smaller projects, a condensed version is available in the Small Project Plan.

Agile project management is an iterative approach to managing software development projects. It focuses on small, continuous releases and incorporating customer feedback with every iteration.

Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT)

PERT is a method for analyzing a project by its associated tasks and determining the minimum possible time to completion along the "Critical Path."
