Project Overview
As Windows 10 approaches its end-of-life (EOL) support, it is essential to transition all machines to Windows 11 to ensure continued security, performance, and compatibility with modern applications. The Windows 11 Upgrade project aims to upgrade all eligible devices within the organization to the latest version of Windows, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.

Key Milestones
- Assessment & Planning: Identify eligible devices and create a deployment schedule
- Testing & Pilot: Conduct pilot tests on a select group of machines
- Full Deployment: Rollout the upgrade to all remaining devices
- Post-Upgrade Support: Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for users post-upgrade
