Overview
On Friday, October 27, 2023, ITS will apply an upgrade to the Oracle 19C Database on the PROD database. The upgrades ensure our data remains protected. The maintenance window will run from Friday, October 27, 2023, 5:00 p.m. until Saturday, October 28, 2023, 5:00 p.m. There will be an interruption to all services that connect to the Oracle databases during the upgrade installation.
Benefit:
This enhancement will ensure that our Oracle databases meet CSU compliance requirements.

- Data refresh for HR_INTERFACE object

- Data refresh for some OnBase MVs
- Email Account Services
- Email Creation Process
- Gateway (Certain features, such as Student Class Schedule, Benefits, Financial Charges, etc., won't be available.)
- Grade Exceptions
- Housing Applications
- MV refresh for Academic Technology
- MV refresh for Follett Bookstore
- MV refresh for usage of Web Team, such as those Class Roster objects
- Password Change / Reset
- Pre-Requisite Roster / Permission Number
- SF State ID lookup
- Short Term Loan
- Student Admission Document Upload
- Student WaitList
- University Calendar
