Introducing Information Technology Service’s New Virtual Service Desk (Monday, October 14, 2024)

Overview

The ITS Service Desk is excited to announce the pilot of our new Virtual Service Desk on Monday, October 14, 2024. This new feature is designed to allow the SF State community to receive ITS support services from anywhere. The Virtual Service Desk provides a convenient feature for getting ITS support via screen sharing from anywhere our customers are. What Can You Expect

  • Support Hours: The ITS Virtual Service Desk is available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and in-person support is also available in LIB 360 E from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  
  • Access from Anywhere: You can now speak with our support team from anywhere.
  • Personalized Assistance: Get tailored support, including screen sharing, to address your technology needs and challenges.
  • Enhanced Password and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Support
