Avaya Workplace Maintenance Outage – July 7, 2025

Overview

Avaya Workplace is currently experiencing intermittent login issues. As a result, users may be unable to access or use the Avaya soft phone (desktop and mobile applications). ITS is actively working with the vendor to identify the root cause and restore full service as quickly as possible.

 

What to Expect

During this outage, users may encounter difficulties logging into the Avaya Workplace application or may be unable to make or receive calls. ITS will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
