West Grove Commons Door Locks

Partway through the West Grove Commons construction, the One Card office purchased contracts for mobile student credentials (digital One Cards) and the associated hardware and software for West Grove Commons to make this work on residential door locks. Coming after the initial design process and involving a change of scope to WCG construction, the Business Apps team was thrown into a worst-case scenario. Timothy C., Calvin K., and Worth F., along with Mujahid Al M. in the Systems team, were expected to set up this new server and integrate it into StarRez and Transact in only a few months to support Fall 2025 move-in. These four professionals worked diligently, sometimes outside of regular work hours, to make sure students could move into the dorms smoothly as scheduled. All four deserve recognition for their efforts.
