1. While in the Outlook application, open “Preferences”
2. Select “Accounts”
3. Select “Add Email Account”. Or, if one already exists click the “+” icon to create an additional account.
Open Control Panel
**Select the Windows button on your keyboard or at the bottom left of the desktop in Windows.
**Type in Control Panel for the search
The default view in Control Panel is Category (see below)
Change the view to Small Icon, then select the Mail icon.
From Mail Setup, select Show Profiles
