The steps defined below are provided to streamline the process for fulfilling Campus Solutions access requests. Please be sure to follow these steps to ensure the fastest service.
1. Download the Campus Solutions Access Form.
2. Complete the Access form and obtain necessary signatures as defined on the form. In order to support remote work, actual signatures are no longer required. Approvals can come from an email or through electronic signature like Docusign.
3. Submit your completed Access Request Form through the ServiceNow Service Portal. An approval can be added as updated an entry in the ServiceNow request.
