New Users / First Password
- Navigate to the Password Reset Tool
- Enter your SF State ID and select Next
Answer the questions setup when your application was created and create your password
- If you do not remember your answers, try your best. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, a reset code will be sent to your external email address
- Navigate to the Password Reset page and select I have a reset code to create your password
