OnBase Logon Changes (February 1 – 26, 2021)

Overview:

ITS is making updates to OnBase to begin to align with campus accounts. As the first step, ITS is updating your OnBase logon name to your SF State ID. Your OnBase password will not be changed.

What can you expect:

ITS will work with campus units to schedule exact cutover dates and send you an email notification when your logon cutover date has been selected. After your account has been updated, you will need to use your SF State ID to log in to OnBase. Your OnBase password will remain the same.

This change is in preparation for integrating OnBase accounts with campus Active Directory, which will enhance security for the OnBase system and reduce account management overhead.

Support:

If you experience password issues after migration, please submit a password reset request through ServiceNow's OnBase Order Guide.
