Email login issues (October 4, 2021 – 8:55 a.m.)


ITS continues to receive reports of email login issues. On Friday, October 1, 2021 it was reported iPhone Mail was affected.  Today, we are receiving reports of issues with older email clients, like Outlook 2016 and 2013. The ITS Windows and Identity Management team have identified the problem and are working to address it.

What can you expect: 

Users may experience issues connecting to email clients if they did not originally sign in with Single Sign On (SSO) and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).  As a workaround, users can access their email on the web at
