Chancellor's Office Mandated PeopleSoft web server upgrade (Friday, November 15, 2019 at 8:00 pm)

Overview: 

The CSU Chancellor’s Office (CO) will migrate web servers utilized by Human Resources (HR) & Campus Solutions (CS) platforms from Windows to Linux on Friday, November 15, 2019 from 8:00 p.m. - midnight. The Linux-based web servers will provide cost savings for running these services.

What can you expect: 

Both Human Resources and Campus Solutions production platforms will be unavailable for online use by the campus community during the maintenance window. Affected applications include:

  • Accept Admission Offer
  • CEL Quick Admit
  • E-Trac
  • Gator Scheduler
