The Chancellor’s Office (CO) has scheduled a downtime maintenance window for campus PeopleSoft platforms Campus Solutions (CS) 9.2. The downtime will occur on Friday, August 16, 2019 from 8:00 p.m. to midnight, while the CO works to apply the maintenance pack upgrade.
- incorporates a critical Fiscal Operations Report and Application to Participate (FISAP) fix for the Office of Student Financial Aid.
- provides an enhancement to the Enrollment Reporting System (ERS) reports.
- incorporates a fix to financial aid checklists.
- incorporates a modified code for the Middle Class Scholarship (MCS) payment report.
Campus Solutions (CS) will not be available during the maintenance window. Affected applications include:
- Accept Admission Offer
- CEL Quick Admit
- Gator Scheduler
